About Our Founder

Born and raised Vicksburg, Mississippi, Randy Peaches’ passion for cooking not only came from just watching his parents and grandparents prepare meals in their small home kitchens, but also from the very start from when the first seed of planting season was planted. The meticulous preparation that his grandparents used was well worth it when the fresh sweet corn, butter beans, Kentucky wonder snap-beans and purple hull peas were harvested. Over the years, Randy learned that cooking is not just the preparation made in the kitchen, but it is having the knowledge to know what prime fresh vegetables are or how good meat or fish are supposed to look when they are at their best.

It’s this simple, yet effective knowledge that he wants his customers to experience when every meal is prepared.
